The purpose of this site is to share information that we would otherwise have to send by fax or "snail-mail." We can now spend our time and money improving the content rather than reproducing obsolete "paper."
We want to help our clients to be more effective competitors in their markets. Our primary competitors are really individuals who are looking for full-time employment (where there really shouldn’t be a full-time job). We can do a better job for a lower price in this case. We should have a decided cost advantage over other accounting/consulting firms. They have higher overhead. Few other firms target our "market." We sell long-term, part-time. Most other firms sell short-term, temporary, full-time, project oriented work to larger companies than we prospect. When faced with "competition, RAISE THE BAR. The material here is intended to emphasize these differences and the resulting competitive advantages for us in our market.
This site will be undergoing improvement for a long time. The capabilities available on the internet are improving every few weeks. We are a constantly evolving entity ourselves. We’re going to try to help you keep up. We’ll share what we’ve learned how to do. Be bold; ask questions; stay in touch.
We are continuing to look for more ways to trade technology for "gasoline and tires." We want more "high touch" with more "high tech." We don’t usually charge clients for travel time, so encouraging the traditional on-site worker appearance paradigm time (especially for us) has little value. We can find better ways to "control" worker performance (and billable time).
We believe in full disclosure. See if you can find another firm that will share as much information. If there is something about us that you would like to know (and don’t see it, or can’t find it), just ask us; please telephone or send an e-mail. There is an e-mail reference on every page for your convenience. Please don’t be bashful. Submit constructive suggestions; they are very welcome. Compliments make us feel good, but they don’t help us to improve the site for you. Please tell us what you would like to see.
